1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TBLabs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the HumanInbox service, including our website, AI assistant, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use HumanInbox.

3. Description of the Service

HumanInbox is an AI-powered email assistant that connects to your Gmail account and communicates with you via WhatsApp or Telegram. The Service can:

  • Read and summarise your emails
  • Draft replies based on your instructions
  • Send emails from your Gmail account upon your approval
  • Track follow-ups and alert you about unanswered emails
  • Prioritise emails based on your preferences

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HumanInbox. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Account registration

To use HumanInbox, you must create an account and connect your Gmail account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Subscription and payment

6.1 Pricing

HumanInbox is offered at $49 per month or $490 per year. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Free trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

6.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HumanInbox to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any person
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

8. AI-generated content

HumanInbox uses artificial intelligence to draft email replies and generate summaries. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any email before it is sent
  • We are not liable for the content of emails sent through the Service
  • AI-generated drafts are suggestions — final responsibility lies with you

9. Gmail integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize HumanInbox to access, read, and send emails on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Intellectual property

The HumanInbox service, including its design, features, AI models, code, and branding, are owned by TBLabs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes during your subscription.

You retain ownership of your email content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your emails solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Privacy

Your use of HumanInbox is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Emails sent or not sent through the Service
  • Errors in AI-generated content
  • Interruption or unavailability of the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TBLabs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HumanInbox at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.

16. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website or sending you a notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
